Star Lights Youth Councils

Dr. Tracy A. Thomas Grand Star Lights Youth Council is the female youth group of Jerusalem Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, State of Florida and its Jurisdiction Prince Hall Affiliated. Star Lights Youth Councils provide real life skills training and experience through counseling with the emphasis on building a healthy self-esteem along with various educational outreach programs. They help build healthy self-esteem in our youth in a non-competitive environment. We provide a counseling, educational outreach programs, and overall support and guidance to assist our youth as they develop and mature as citizens and leaders.
