The Mission of Jerusalem Grand Chapter Star Lights Youth Council is to provide real life skills training and experience that will positively impact the lives, future, and growth of our youth.
Our goal is to help build a healthy self-esteem in our youth in a non-competitive environment. We will provide a counseling, educational outreach programs, and overall support and guidance to assist our youth as they develop and mature as citizens and leaders.
